- Carson Industries LLC was founded in 1969 in La Verne, California and began supplying plastic grade level splice boxes to the Electric Utility Industry. The first 17 years were dedicated to the company’s expansion of its grade level enclosures into the Municipal Water, Turf & Irrigation, CATV and Telephone markets. The company also developed a series of Material Handling Containers sold to the food, industrial and government markets. In 1985, Carson manufactured a line of equipment pads developed for use in the heating/air conditioning and pool industries. In 1997, Carson expanded their manufacturing and custom molding efforts with the acquisition of Vision Molded Plastics. With numerous expansions over the past 30 years, Carson Industries currently serves a global market.
