W.J. (Bill) Bailey is an Accredited Surveyor with the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS) AMS 461, a member of the International Association of Marine Investigators #2601 and a Member of the International Institute of Marine Surveying. He has been sailing for over 45 years and lived in the BVI for over 17 years.
P. W. Bailey has been surveying for over 50 years and lived in the BVI for over 30 years. Now retired, Peter helps out in the office when needed.
Neil Bailes is a Accredited Surveyor with the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS) and he has been sailing for over 37 years and is also a Canadian Master, 350 ton. Neil has worked for Caribbean Marine Surveyors since 2000
