About
The Cappelli Institute of Music is located in central Oak Park and has served residents of Chicago and the Western Suburbs since 1980. CIM is regarded as a prominent and respected musical institution in the area, and its professional staff provides instruction in piano, violin, viola, voice, harp, bass, and guitar.
The Institute operates on a semester system, which last for 16 weeks. During this time, students meet once a week in a one on one setting with their instructors. At the end of each semester, students have the opportunity to play in recitals for family and friends. Although semesters start at a specific time, new students are able to begin taking lessons at any time.
