Welcome to the Cape Canaveral Realty web site. I am Craig Stewart, owner and operator of Cape Canaveral Realty. This is my family, my wife Mary, my oldest son Kyle and his wife Corey, Ryan, and Sean.
Florida is my native state. My wife and I were both born and raised in Hialeah, just outside Miami. What was a working class town of 25,000 grew into a crowded city of 300,000. Having enjoyed the small town life in the 50's, 60's, and even the 70's, and wanting the same atmosphere for our three sons, we pulled up stakes and moved to Cape Canaveral.
This area is very reminiscent of that in which I grew up. It is easy to talk to neighbors, meet the Mayor, and get around town. If you need to find someone or something, you can pretty much just ask one of the natives or the mailman. The will generally point you in the right direction or even offer to take you there themselves.
