California Plan, Inc. was founded in 1964 by John A. Williamson II. Our initial focus was to help borrowers who could not qualify with conventional lenders. Over the years we have grown to also accommodate those borrowers who do qualify for a conventional loan.
Our mission is to evaluate your needs and obtain the best loan for you at the lowest possible cost and interest rate. While we are working to fund your loan we promise to fully and accurately communicate the exact status of your loan request.
