Dr. Rawal is the founder of California Hybrids and the lead researcher of new product varieties. With over 3 decades of experience, he is considered as one of the top scientists in the field of tomato breeding. Dr. Rawal was the head of Calgene’s tomato research division and had spent many years previously at Del Monte as a key member of their research team. Dr. Rawal received his PhD from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
Dr. Srinivasan manages the day-to-day financial operations of California Hybrids. Dr. Srinivasan is also primarily responsible for selecting and approving new partnership deals with growers and/or food manufacturers. Dr. Srinivasan has a PhD in mathematics and spent many years on the faculty at the University of California, Davis
Sanjay leads the Sales and Marketing division of California Hybrids. Committed to providing excellent information and support services to buyers, Sanjay has helped California Hybrids emerge as one of the most reliable and efficient suppliers of tomato seeds. Sanjay received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
