Last week, San Francisco City leaders and 6 local credit unions launched the PaydayPlus SF loan product, an affordable alternative to predatory payday loans. City Treasurer Jose Cisneros and Congresswoman Jackie Speier held a press conference at the Mission Neighborhood Center to unveil PaydayPlus SF, followed by a community conversation attended by over 50 supporters.
