- Cad Tech was founded in 1979 as a design company, contracted by large corporations to design products and promotional items. In 1987 the owner ROBERT LONG had joined a volunteer fire departments ambulance service, where he served as a Volunteer EMT until it was absorbed by the Village government in 2000. Since then, he has volunteered and spear headed many local volunteer organizations and has donated much of his time to the effort of goodwill and benefit to all concerned. Cad Tech incorporated in 1989 and had changed its focus, primarily to support those who help others. Fire Department, Police, Municipalities and surrounding organizations. Cad Tech and its founder believe in truth, fairness and believes in goodwill for the benefit of all concerned.
