I can't remember how many times I've knocked out 300-500 words on the Fired U.S. Attorney's fiasco, only to mutter to myself "Not worth the trouble" and cancel the post. For anyone at the White House wondering why, here are the two straws that broke the back of my GOP support (and affiliation):

The Temporary Worker Program (and "comprehensive" immigration reform)
In two to five years, it's going to be interesting to compile a list of reasons that the President's supporters threw in their respective towels. I'll bet each of the above two land up in the top 5. For now, it's enough to note that where issues are not related to the war, the administration's support has pretty much dried up. Tags:
