Coalition for Alcohol & Drug Free Pregnancies (CADFP) is a County-wide effort, funded by Santa Clara County’s Department of Alcohol & Drug Services, including members of the medical community and public and private organizations, concerned with the adverse health and mental health impacts of alcohol, tobacco and other drug (ATOD) use during pregnancy. Research continues to demonstrate that drinking and the use of tobacco and other drugs during pregnancy have not declined.
