Cadence King is a collective of Ian Cooper and Alex Lanio, two locals of Newport, RI. Ian and Alex came together after their much anticipated rock opera, Eternal Child. Realizing their potential as musicians and their pursuit of a new sound, they decided to experiment with the meaning “less is more” and so Cadence King was born.
