CASCAD-e is a new graphical tool for interactive project scheduling and management. CASCAD-e brings Time-Scaled Precedence Diagramming (TSPD) to reality. TSPD, while discussed in the classrooms for many years, has not been the utilized effectively by project managers due to the lack of TSPD tools. There are a lot of programs to create PERT Charts and Gantt Charts resulting in these type of tools being the "tools of choice" for project managers.
