THEY ARE A SCAM Torsten Kunert offers old listings and fake prices to lure people in with promise of refund. When asked for a refund, they refuse and hang up.
AVOID AT ALL COST. This company is either out of business or doing something weird. I signed up with them today (February 7, 2007) because their free search engine shows some very interesting apartment choices, however, the list of apartments is out of date, some of them are even more than a year old!
Unfortunately I was not able to stop this payment since I made it directly through their website (www.retnwave.com), you will never get in reach with their 1-800-710-LIST (5478) customer service line or their person in charge "Torsten Kunert" (1 310 581 9287), because both of the numbers are disconnected and no longer in service.
