Our food is a healthy version of Mexican, better known as California Mexican, or Cal-Mex. Simple food, prepared daily. Burritos are the most popular items on the menu and we currently offer over 25, along with Quesadillas and salads. There is also a good selection of Vegetarian and Vegan menu items. c.o. jones is the only Tequila Bar in the area offering over 25 different Margaritas, Tequila Samplers with a selection of over 50 different tequilas.

New Haven, Ct. was settled in 1638 and is one of the largest cities of Connecticut. The early settlers thought the harbor in New Haven had great possibilities in shipping and commerce. At that time oystering became an important industry and in recent years has enjoyed a re-awakening. Having one of the largest bulk cargo harbors on the East Coast, New Haven supplies 30% of the oysters in Connecticut. Future plans include a high speed ferry connecting Long Island to New Haven. Inland the city is well known for Yale University, Yale-New Haven Hospital, The Yale Bowl, New Haven Coliseum, Toad's Place, its popular theatres - Long Wharf and Shubert Theatre are two of them, the Peabody Museum and much more. A visit to the Owl Shop one of the countries oldest original cigar shops is also a great place to find cigar & tobacco accessories, cutlery, and some hard to find music boxes and gift items
