- To B, or not to B. A website about Business and Living Simply. For those who want to take life seriously, to find answers to life’s big questions, who want to lead a happy and fulfilling life. I hope to bring answers to the question, why are we here? My name is Bruce Van Cleve. This site is dedicated to those who want to take life seriously, by which I mean getting the most out of it, not being serious in the usual sense. As they say, this ain’t no dress rehearsal! We’ve got one shot at this thing called life, one go-around. Our job is to figure it out as quickly as possible, make the most of it, take a big bite out of life, and yes, even fulfill some purpose. We are here not just to consume food and air and resources, a human life can add back so much more than it consumes, that’s what I mean by taking life seriously. This site is also about winning with a small business. Almost everyone gives the idea of owning a small business at least a passing thought, and this site is also devoted to promoting good, solid help to win at business. I scour numerous sources like The Wall Street Journal every day and will be bring the reader the best of what I find. This will be a site you who want to win at life and business will want to visit every day, that is my hope. That’s what I do, I have certain websites which I have bookmarked and grouped into a category, “daily reads” which I just “open in tabs” and browse every day.
