Builders Software Enterprises (BSE) was founded on August 20th, 1990. That was the date Rick Powell sold his first estimating software program to a homebuilder in Fort Worth, Texas. Rick's ten years of experience as a homebuilder gave him the background to create a software system that would work logically for a builder. Sixteen years later over 1,300 homebuilders, remodelers, land developers, and light commercial contractors are using BSE's software solutions.
In 1998 the business expanded to building and hosting unique, dynamic websites for homebuilders and other businesses. BSE became a one stop shop for homebuilders as well as other businesses for all of their website needs.
Over the years, BSE has assembled a diverse assortment of programmers and technical experts that handle the day-to-day operation of what is growing into a very high tech enterprise.
