Description

Growing up, some of my fondest memories are of building and launching model rockets with my father and older brother. We had some great experiences together looking through the model rocket catalogs and filling out our orders. I remember the anticipation of checking the mailbox every day waiting for my mail order to finally arrive!

As I grew up, I have enjoyed many hobbies. I enjoy collecting die cast cars, racing slot cars, racing R/C cars and flying R/C airplanes. I have recently rediscovered model rockets, and have even become a registered member of the National Association of Rocketry (NAR). Rockets are still as wonderful and fun as I remember.

Now, I enjoy designing model rockets as well as building and flying them. However, to make my designs come to life, I have not discovered an adequate selection of rockets and parts locally. I have often been frustrated by not finding what I need at the local hobby stores. So, I have often had to order through catalogs. When I have talked to other hobbyists, I found that they encountered the same types of problems.
