About Nathan Brown
I graduated high school from Ooltewah High in Hamilton County, TN without overexerting myself (except when running cross country or track). I finished high school with approximately a 3.3 GPA, 27 on my ACT, and 23 hours of college credit (9 of which proved useless for Bachelors of Science). However, I did have Calculus and my basic English behind me.
At first, I wasted two semesters in computer science before moving to business which was much more enjoyable. I chose to major in Economics because I enjoyed the combination of social behavior guided by logic and numbers. I chose to take Economics through the Business curriculum for the marketability of the Business Administration degree.
Finding business to be an enjoyable subject, I set out to start my own. While in school, I took the only marketable skills I had and created Brown Web Sites. I had some experience helping businesses get better use from their web site in high school as a hobby. Through this, I learned that businesses needed turnkey service and consulting not cookie cutter web sites. I placed an ad in the Knoxville News Sentinel and got two clients who grew to five then peaked at six.
