- Southeast Louisiana got a pleasant surprise this morning. On my way to work from Norco to Baton Rouge (a 55 mile trip, one way) what started out as cold windy rain turned into SNOW!! In fact, it snowed so heavily that Interstate 10 quickly became a hazardous condition. I only made it half-way to work when I decided to turn around and go home instead of taking a chance on getting stuck up there if the roads became closed later in the day. Once I got back home, I sat in heated comfort watching the snow falling outside my pad long enough to get inspired to record a live set...
