My name is Richard White and I manage D. White Butchers, in Braughing, Hertfordshire which my family have owned for many years. We sell high quality meat in our newly refurbished shop and we are pleased to welcome visitors; you can find us here. Our friendly, experienced butchers, can prepare cuts of meat to your requirements and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Apart from the Braughing Sausage my friendly staff and I also cure our own Bacon and prepare cuts of prime Beef, Pork and Lamb, from only the finest meat. For special occasions, and for the Summer season, try our home - made Beef, Mild Pork and Spicy Pork burgers. Add to that our Spare Ribs and Sausages, your Barbecue is complete! With Free Range poultry and eggs also available there is always something that is sure to make your mouth water!
