I have been in the Veterinary business since 1989. The past 9 years of which I have been managing a large Veterinary Hospital in Dartmouth , Nova Scotia. My specialization within veterinary medicine is canine reproduction. I am the resident fertility, artificial insemination, and birthing expert. I have degrees in Animal Sciences, Small Animal Nutrition, and Animal Dermatology.
I have been volunteering for the Greyhound Pets of Atlantic Canada since 1996. I am responsible for the Veterinary care (ex: wound treatments, nail trimming, teeth scaling, suture rem
oval) of the dogs before they are placed in their new adoptive homes. This has been a very personally satisfying experience to make such a difference in these animals' lives.
