Braden Homes Ltd. is a small environmentally concerned building company that has been in business since 1986. We currently employ a number of carpenters and assistants who, along with the principal Nicholas Dalton, are actively involved in constructing your home. We encourage intense involvement by the homeowner from start to finish in order to assure the highest level of satisfaction. We limit the number of projects that we undertake in order to maintain the level of excellence to which we have become accustomed. Apart from building new energy efficient custom homes, we also undertake interesting and challenging additions and renovations. Concern over the quality and chemical composition of building materials has contributed to an informative knowledge base and innovative solutions for the chemically hypersensitive. The nature of our building method allows for a control of the internal environment that is very beneficial for allergy sufferers.
