I am not altogether comfortable with writing about myself (my Webmaster made me do this), especially when I firmly believe that in Real Estate, it isn't about me, it's about YOU, YOUR PRIORITIES, and YOUR NEW HOME! It may be important to some people if a Realtor is a member of a certain club or have accomplished something in particular. However, I have always believed that people are more concerned about the relationship with their Realtor and their confidence in that person.
I was born and raised in Layton, where most of my family still lives. I have been married to my wonderful wife Lynne for 13 years and we have 4 fantastic children. I spent the first 10 or so years of my professional career selling and representing technology products to Corporate America for companies like Marketstar in Ogden, Utah, and most recently for Iomega for 4 years. I learned many things during that period in my life, the most important of which is that personal relationships must be based on TRUST AND GOOD COMMUNICATION. It is not only a good idea; it's the only way to be effective. And that is my number one goal with every client. If we trust each other and talk through all the issues as they come up, we will both have a very positive experience as I help you buy or sell your home.
To me, your home isn't a "deal," it's your home, your life and your family. You know what you want, and I can provide you with the information that you need. My job is to help and advise you to negotiate the best offer on the sale or purchase of your home. Most importantly, please remember this: BUYING OR SELLING A HOME IS A PROCESS, NOT AN EVENT. Whether it takes 100 perspective buyers to find the right one for your house, or if we need to walk through 1000 homes to find the right one for you, I will be with you every step of the way.
