The domain BoutiqueBeef.com was purchased some years back when I was first excited and entranced by the British White breed and it's magical history and saw it's potential as the ultimate grass fed beef product for consumers and producers -- it seemed a good repository for the results of my research that I didn't wish to lose track of. It still needs lots of work and additional information, but it's a start....
