Richard Boudreau, with his wife Janet, own and operate the school. Janet supplies secretarial services on the first level, while Richard teaches apprentices and licensed electricians on the second floor. In 2007, Brendan P. Carroll was brought in, teaching courses with Mr. Boudreau, adding his additional expertise, and credentials to this institution.
