It is in the spirit of Saint John Bosco that Bosco Toys got its start. To teach children about God and how to love and serve Him, is our goal.
Founded in 1997 in Steubenville, Ohio, Bosco Toys had very humble beginnings. The toys were built in the owners’ basement and later in the family living room. The company is currently located in a small town - Elkton, Florida - where it has expanded into its own building.
In the early days, the toys were all hand cut. This required lots of time in the assembly and finishing phases. The company has since automated the cutting process with computerized CNC equipment. This has allowed for the hand assembly and finishing to be accomplished much more quickly, as the parts are much more uniform than those cut by hand. This allows for a better product at a lower price.
