The Chamber was established in 1919 and is an association of more than 250 area businesses that work together to create a more positive business environment in Boone County. As a Boone County Chamber member, you'll not only improve your business, but you will help improve the business community in which you and your employees live and work.

T he Boone County Chamber of Commerce began as the Commercial Club of Lebanon, founded February 2, 1898, by Ben F. McKey, Strange N. Cragun, Adam H. Felker and E.T. Lane. Later, it became the Lebanon Business Men's Association and in 1919 it was reorganized as the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce. It was voted on January 24, 1973, to change the name to the Boone County Chamber of Commerce.
