Books2go helps students buy and sell university textbooks for free. Join students at your university and start selling today. To find textbooks quickly try searching by course. Also, after posting your textbooks, use the option to create a flyer. A printer friendly page is automatically created with your textbooks. Print... then post at your campus. Books2go.ca was founded in the summer of 2006. It was created to help students buy and sell textbooks. We have grown much over the years. Currently, Books2go is available to all universities across Canada.
Posting a textbook
Simply enter the ISBN of the textbook. The details, including the picture, are found and displayed to you. Enter a price and the course you used the textbook for to complete the process. On average, most users take about 30-45 seconds to post a textbook.
Buying a textbook
Books2go is a large website with many textbooks. To help students find books fast we ask which school they go to during registration. Students are then taken to a "homepage" for their university. There they can search for textbooks from their university. Students can then broaden search results to their province or to the entire country if needed.
An even quicker way to find a textbook is to search by course. On each university homepage a list of courses is available. As students post textbooks they include the course they used it for. The course is then added to this list. Simply select a course and click search to list all textbooks with that course.
Create a flyer
Once you have added all your textbooks you can print a flyer. The option creates a printer friendly page with your textbooks listed on it. Click print and post a few around your campus.
