A: Orders placed before 12 noon CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon CST will ship the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or any holiday will be shipped on the following business day.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This may be due to an incorrect address. We can re-ship a package for a nominal fee which is based on the method you instruct us to ship.
