- Bonnie Coffey, a native of Madison County , has remained close to her origins for the peacefulness and natural beauty of the Blue Ridge area. She owned and operated a housecleaning business for 14 years before becoming a full time Real Estate Agent in 2005. Bonnie has helped her husband Doug build 3 of their own homes and has remodeled and invested in many properties in Culpeper, Madison and Orange Counties in the past 23 years. Since joining Montague Miller & Co. she has earned her ABR (accredited buyer representative), GRI (graduate of Real Estate Institute) and CRS (certified residential specialist) designations. The CRS designation is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. Less than 4% of all Realtors hold the designation. Bonnie is Top Producer for 2006, 2007 and 2008, received a Silver Production Award for 2006 and 2007 and Certificate of Excellence in 2007. An avid sportswoman and athlete, Bonnie enjoys fishing, hunting, canoeing, mountain biking and hiking with her family and friends. She has biked for many charitable organizations, the biggest one being Bike New York with over 30,000 riders covering 64 miles through all five boroughs. She loves gardening, cooking and cuddling on the couch with her Chihuahua, Rocky.
