Bone and Payne and Guest Pritchard are both long established practices that have had offices in Llandudno and Colwyn Bay for over 100 years and in Old Colwyn for over 60 years. They merged in 1995. On October 1st 2007, the practice converted to a limited liability partnership. At Llandudno and Colwyn Bay the firm trades as Bone & Payne LLP; the office at Old Colwyn trades under its traditional name of Guest Pritchard and Co.
