All bon Christiani products are individually produced by master American artisans who are paid a fair wage to be part of the company team.
In addition to being attuned to lasting quality, the company incorporates "green" materials and practices, insofar as possible given current technology, at all levels of administration and production. All "leather" material used is bio-imitative and produced by a company rated as one of the 100 most sustainable companies on the planet. Many of the metals used are recycled.
