Karen Webb is a Physiotherapist who now works exclusively in the area of education. Karen has over twenty years of practical physiotherapy experience in both hospitals and clinics. Having also worked with athletes, injured workers, employers and as a consultant to industries, she has become an authority on physical well-being. What sets Karen apart from other health and fitness experts is her ability to look at health issues from both sides of the fence. She has treated and helped resolve the problems of hundreds of patients of all ages through her work as a practising physiotherapist. She has also had the experience of chronic discomfort and has learnt the hard way that there is no quick fix but rather daily attention to posture, flexibility and muscle strength can dramatically reduce discomfort and improve quality of life.

A graduate of the University of Alberta, Karen was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Ontario Physiotherapy Association for her outstanding contribution. She holds an Independent Practice Certificate from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Karen's philosophy is to stay active and take control over your own physical well being.
