- 24-years old and really, really, ridiculously good looking, Bobby Boswell is a defender for D.C. United , the premier team of Major League Soccer (MLS). Despite going undrafted (how the heck did that happen?) out of college, Bobby joined United during its pre-season in 2005 and was very quickly signed. He was so impressive during the weeks leading up to the season, that he was named the teams starting center back and went on to start 26 of the 27 games he played in. Bobby saw even more success in 2006, as he was named to the All-Star team, as the League’s Defender of the Year and at the end of the season to the MLS Best XI (that’ll show those teams that didn’t draft him!).
