Situated in Cornwall, Boquio Iron & Glass brings together the two crafts of hand forged wrought iron and stained glass. Artist blacksmith John uses centuries old traditional blacksmithing techniques to hand forge wrought iron. His range of pieces includes traditional blacksmith reproductions, contemporary wrought iron designs, sculptures and garden art. John runs blacksmithing courses at the forge, embracing all the skills of traditional blacksmithing and contemporary wrought iron. Glass artist Tricia works extensively with artistic glass creations formed in the kiln, developing her own distinctive designed fused glass bowls, plates, hanging and garden art. Tricia teaches the traditional stained glass techniques, both lead and copperfoil, on courses run at her studio.
