I am Lori Latka, a licensed Virginia realtor. Blue Ridge Getaways began as a small scale effort to rent a single two bedroom condominium at the top of the mountain. It is now a full time property management company with an inventory of over twenty houses and condominiums.
It became apparent that many families, couples and small business groups wanted to visit Wintergreen, but were unable to do so because of high prices or a concern about inadequate accommodations. It was also apparent, that many property owners, like me, wanted to open their homes to people who wanted to enjoy the Wintergreen experience, while still maintaining control over their investments.
Blue Ridge Getaways is a family run business. Our goal is to provide personal service to individuals, families, and groups who want to experience the beauty and fun of Wintergreen and to manage our properties in a way that maintains the value of our property owners investments. We are intimately familiar with the properties available on our program and can assist vacationers in choosing the unit that will best meet their needs.
