BAD DEBTS, HE DOES NOT PAY THE LANDLORDS !!!
Do not book with this company!! When we arrived to check-in, they told us that we need a $500 deposit thats refunded when we check out. They wouldn't pre-authorize a credit-card (usual practice in the hospitality industry) but actually wanted a full payment!! They never told us about it in the first place and we didnt come prepared to pay a deposit so it was a pain ! (all students from University of Toronto)... finally one friend volunteered to use her credit card.... the chalet was nothing like in the pictures either! It took them about 6 months of constant calling, letters, and interference from the local chamber of commerce and BBB to refund that amount. They used every excuse in the book !! Very annoying and stressful experience!! Avoid Blue Mountain Chalets!!
