The company’s mission was to provide high quality products that offered good value to consumers. The primary product the company distributed was coffee produced by a large specialty coffee roaster. The founder of the company noticed a continual decline in the quality of coffee and was unwilling to continue providing consumers with an inferior coffee. In 1992, the company set out to develop a line of high quality specialty coffees that would provide good value for consumers. The result of these efforts was the creation of Black Mountain Gold Coffee with its initial introduction to consumers in July of 1993.
Today, Black Mountain Gold Coffee is enjoying tremendous growth and has become one of the fastest growing specialty coffee brands in the United States. Black Mountain Gold Coffee provides consumers what they want most from a coffee product: quality, freshness, variety, convenience and value pricing.
