We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Biotest AG, our German parent company located in Frankfurt. The parent organization was established in 1946 by Dr Carl A. Schleussner and his son Hans. Influenced by the findings of Karl Landsteiner (1868-1943), they initially concentrated their research efforts on blood group serology.
