Involved in the first out-licensing of Taiwan biotechnology to an overseas company with Taipei's Biowell Technologies, David has a wealth of marketing expertise, communications skills and contacts within Taiwan's life-science community.
Alex previously held the position of project manager at the Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Industries Program Office (BPIPO), a government-level industry planning and promotions institute. With a mixed biology-business background, Alex has an in-depth understanding of life science industry in Taiwan, and is responsible for liaison services and for developing overseas-local partnering opportunities at BiotechEast.
