Worse Customer Service in the Industry
Worst customer service I've dealt with. I ordered parts for my motorcycle from their fiche. I clicked on OEM Parts -> Year -> Make -> Model -> Handlebar. I clicked the part # from their fiche and checked out. When I received the part, I realized it was a part for the wrong year. After double checking their site, I logged onto their Live Online Support. I was treated like an idiot for ordering from the wrong fiche, stating that it didn't matter that their site was incorrect and misleading, but that I should've just known I was on the wrong fiche. I requested that they waive shipping charges back to their facility so I could get the correct part. Erica from Customer Service said that all she was willing to do was waive the restocking fees. After badgering me and telling me it was my own fault, she got a supervisor to also say that they would not pay shipping back to their facility. Then, I was told, "if you have any other questions, contact a supervisor" and she abruptly ended the chat. Utterly ridiculous way to handle a customer. From now on, I shall be buying from Ron Ayers and not BikeBandit. I really do hope the $8 shipping label was worth many customers. I would not do business with BikeBandit ever again. I would not recommend BikeBandit to anyone ever again. I will not ever acknowledge BikeBandit and will dispute any claim to them being a decent company. Customer Service makes or breaks a company, and here it broke it. Good luck. Buyer Beware.

Such a great place
BikeBandit ROCKS!!! I recently bought an old beat up Suzuki GS1100, it needed some repairs in a major way! I found bikebandit doing a seach for motorcycle parts and began my hunt!! Not only did I find ALL the original parts I was looking for, I also jardine exhaust and even bought a new helmet and jacket!!
I used the customer service live help thing and the customer service was amazing, they gave me links and help me find the best helmet!!
