about meI have focused most of my professional life on food and the service industry. During my high school education, I spent a great deal of time training with chefs in Vermont. I consider these experiences the roots of my formal culinary vocational training. Indeed, my food roots go deeper; I have been surrounded by amazing cooks in my family since my first bites as a toddler.
