Debbie E (frustrated) : I ordered 3 rings based on description and pictures once received I felt Bidz had misrepresented the quality of the rings. Returned them and Bidz kept 15% restocking fee. Who is right the consumers opinion that they don't agree with description/quality or Bidz customer service. "Bidz should just state that anyone that buys from this site WILL be charged the 15% restocking fee no matter what." I would not have wasted $111.14 of my money to give to Bidz to find out if the items I wanted were worth the bid price. I as a consumer was not looking to rip off Bidz but I feel that is what Bidz did to me by keeping my money and giving me a horrible buying experience. Thu Jan 22 16:11:27 UTC 2009
