bigmuck exploded onto the minneapolis rock scene with a dynamite show at an unusually packed 7th st entry [thank you son volt], resulting in the establishment of “the hardcore 20” [thirsty, big tipping loyalists], and the renowned wednesday night residency at nye’s on the mighty north east side. drawing heavily on inspiration from The hardcore 20’s tendency to drunkenly belt their choruses back at them, bigmuck continued their indie rock adventure through the minneapolis underground with marquee performances at the cabooze, the uptown bar and grill, 400 bar, the turf club, and mayslack’s to name a few.
