BHEKA (bay'ka) is Sanskrit for frog - which need a clean environment/planet earth/air-water-land quality. A nd frogs live in communities, connected and interdependent, which is what we want. F or us then Bheka is a metaphore for environment and community.
We practice "business yoga". We seriously believe that the concepts of yoga and "healthy lifestyle" (broadly defined) can and should be applied to business, in addtion to our individual selves.
