In about 1999 the Black Fire Networks was founded, and for several years now, has been producing high quality software. The first product released around the same time, was the Server Logger, which has been downloaded by over 2000 times, and has been subject to 3 major revisions. About the year 2001 the Black Fire Networks released a windows based program useful for sorting music and data files. This program has been downloaded just over 200 times. Also around this time, we started offering remotely hosted CGI scripts, for use on personal or commercial websites. Since then, we have focused most of our efforts on PERL programming for CGI scripts. Most recently, we have published a file management script that emulates many FTP clients, and is overloaded with options and utilities.
The reason our network chose the name Black-Fire is simply this: Through the combustion of an array of materials, Fire can be produced in a multitude of brilliant colors. No substance on earth however, has been known to produce a black opaque flame, which radiates no light. Similar the mythical black flame, our network does the impossible by producing excellent quality solutions, at remarkably low prices.
