- The project was initiated by the South West Learning Partnership (SWLP) which comprises of East Tyrone, Fermanagh and Omagh Colleges. It is managed by South West College (previously Fermanagh College) on behalf of the Beyond Caring Development Partnership which comprises of local training organisations, employers, support organisations, voluntary bodies and statutory bodies who will work together to ensure excellent standards of support for participants. The partners have individual expertise and experience in the various aspects of the project and will work together to maximise support for carers and disabled people.
