As many of my favorite bloggers have already reported, GBNYC3 was a success. Here's my little angle of things from the evening:
I took a train on Friday night to head to the event (and get my Sweetie his anniversary gift) and I noticed a guy sitting across from me. He seemed very friendly and we got to chatting about his work (as he was just coming from where he worked and was wearing a company logo shirt). He (we'll call him J for now) asked what was bringing me midtown and I told him about a get together at Barrage and after further discussion we decided to meet for a pre-party drink. I went and did my shopping in the pouring rain (forgot the umbrella) and we met as planned. It appeared that many of the bloggers had already arrived.
