- As always, the focus of Berwick Youth Baseball is on the children, giving them the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than themselves. The team camaraderie, which develops during the season, promotes a sense of worth and belonging and is solidified by the parent, volunteers, coaches and team sponsors. Likewise, sportsmanship and fair play are the root system of the training program; therefore, a positive attitude is constantly encouraged. In addition, the child's development of fundamental baseball skills by coaches who love to work with children is also important. This is done by a committed group of volunteers who gladly give their time each year.
