Patty Leinemann Palma received her Hatha Yoga Certification from the Master Yoga Academy in La Jolla, California, her Pre and Post Natal Yoga Certification at the Seattle Holistic Center, and her Teacher Certification from TheYoga Association of Alberta. She has been practicing various forms of yoga since 1995. Her classes are complemented with: experience as a ballroom dance instructor; completing a marathon; and continuous personal and professional development.

Judy Law has been a practitioner of meditation for decades. Her interest and experience in the field of yoga science and meditation intensified with her first trip to India in 2001. Judy has since spent 13 months in India, dedicated to the study and practice of yoga science, the science of breath, deep relaxation, and the art of meditation. She is now involved in sharing the knowledge and science of breath, breath awareness, deep relaxation, meditation and various aspects of yoga science through lectures, classes and workshops.

Kyrsten Blair has been teaching dance professionally in Calgary since 1993 at numerous schools including the UofC and Decidedly Jazz Danceworks. Over the years she has taught a wide variety of movement styles, specializing in contemporary, jazz and yoga. Kyrsten's training includes a degree from the UofC's Faculty of Drama/Dance and diverse studies internationally, including intensive study of Javanese Court Dance in Indonesia, Cuban folkloric in Havana, and an advanced aerial dance course in Boulder, Colorado. In addition, Kyrsten works locally and across Canada as a choreographer, dancer and actor.
